    Don't forget Tacon de Marlin for a burrito to go with your taxi ride! 😋

      Oh yes! Many people I know stop at Taco de Marlin at the base of the bridge when first arriving in PV and then again as they are departing

    Thanks David, I'll be walking over pedestrian bridge on jan 1 2024,
    200 pesos is fair to me, ✌️
    No fuss,head to the beach and let the beer begin 😁

      Your welcome. If you don’t have much luggage the bus under the pedestrian bridge is a good option. Only 10 pesos

    thx for the info. One question is , can i easily know the route of a bus? e.g. c-01, c-02...

    • @DavidLivingOutdoors
      @DavidLivingOutdoors  11 месяцев назад +1

      Sorry do not know the route numbers. Almost all buses will have there destination stops written on the window. You can also ask the driver…just say Centro or your hotel name

    How much would it cost for bus to the grand Mayan resort from airport plz

    • @DavidLivingOutdoors
      @DavidLivingOutdoors  7 месяцев назад +1

      Not sure where the grand Mayan is….but normally city busses cost 10 pesos a person. In the morning they can be busy as people go to work so can be crowded if your carrying luggage.

    Is there hostility/conflict between taxi drivers and Uber drivers, as there is in some other places?

    • @DavidLivingOutdoors
      @DavidLivingOutdoors  6 месяцев назад +2

      They don’t allow Uber drivers to enter the airport. I have heard there is some conflict between the two groups but I think taxi guys know now Uber isn’t going away

    Is it better to change over money innthe US at the airport or Mexico?

    • @DavidLivingOutdoors
      @DavidLivingOutdoors  11 месяцев назад +3

      It’s better in the USA I believe. Normally I would never make exchanges at the kiosks at the airport as rates are very bad. We do make exchanges at several banks here. Please subscribe to my channel

    Can you pay those official taxis by credit card? Or should we already have pesos?

    • @DavidLivingOutdoors
      @DavidLivingOutdoors  11 месяцев назад +2

      I think if you go to the taxi stand you can pay by credit card but I have always used pesos

    how much is a yellow taxi to boca de tomatlan

    • @DavidLivingOutdoors
      @DavidLivingOutdoors  2 месяца назад +1

      I have not gotten a taxi from the airport to Boca but I suspect normally about 1000 pesos. If you get a taxi at the airport it will be more expensive. Go across the bridge and negotiate with the guys there or call an Uber from there

    Same price for one or four people total?

    • @DavidLivingOutdoors
      @DavidLivingOutdoors  11 месяцев назад

      I believe that is the price for 4 people. You would need a van which costs more if you have additional people.

      @@DavidLivingOutdoors It looks like from the airport it's $44 what About take a cab from Other side of the bridge about what would that cost

    • @DavidLivingOutdoors
      @DavidLivingOutdoors  11 месяцев назад +1

      @@ericdiekmann2308 it should cost about 300 - 400 pesos for a cab from the airport to downtown. That is approximately 20 USD. That’s for the cab which can hold three possibly four persons. Normally if you have luggage you can only fit two. Price is half across the pedestrian bridge

      You should be ok with four backpacks but I don’t know there size. You can check with them when you arrive.

    Traveling to the foot bridge with your luggage and climbing up and down the walkway in the heat is hardly worth the $10 savings.

      I give the options. It’s up to the individual to decide what to do with their money and time

      youre not saving $10 pesos. the bust price is $10 peson and taxi is between $200-$300. so youre saving $290 pesos
