A lot of idols speak broken english and not every group has someone who can translate for them (also when that’s the case: it’s basically an interview only with the english speaking idol). Idols with broken english have a hard time expressing themselves, so that the interviewer has no choice but to ask extremely short and simple questions that don’t lead anywhere in their "conversation" and will also be awkwardly nodding/laughing when the members speak korean with each other or joke around...but that’s just my opinion!😊
Can we talk about how the members doing the harmony are the ones who get criticized the most for singing terribly (except Jane and the other vocal) but it just shows that just because you can’t sing and dance at the same time it doesn’t mean you’re terrible lmao
