Best congenital heart disease lecture I've come across yet! You explain the "why" which helps me with retention better than anything. But you also don't go in too deep into the "why." Please keep up the good work.
Taking my pance tomorrow!! Not cramming, just compulsively rewatching CTP vids bc it’s become a comforting thing the night before a pa school test😜 Thanks for all of the help the last 2 years!!
Please keep it going! I love listening to your lectures. This is something that not only will stick to my brain for PANCE, but for my practice as well. So, thank you so much!
This review was absolutely amazing! Currently in my didactic year & was recommended to watch your videos by several classmates because I was getting overwhelmed with all of the material. It did not at all disappoint & I am so grateful for your videos! Thank you so much for making this, you are saving lives (& my grades)!
I just wanted to thank you for all the hard work you put into these videos. They are amazing! You make the content understandable and easy to remember! I love listening to these videos!
I have literally watched every single one of your cardiology videos you have posted! They are extremely well thought out and most importantly, align perfectly with my PA school study materials/notes. Our entire class of 40 students loves your videos! Thank you so much and we all appreciate you.
Best videos ever! Everyone in my class knows how much I love Cram the PANCE and awarded me the superlative of "most likely to have the DJ play Cram the PANCE at her wedding" lol. Thank you for everything you do!
You always have the best most helpful videos!!! I love the mini quizzes at the end to test our knowledge and hit the high yield points again THANK YOU FOR YOUR SERVICE
As a medical student this was beyond helpful. The lecturer really made things complicated & outrightly refused anyone clarification when asked. I had watched 2 videos already before giving this one a shot & I must say it was worth 45mins of my time 🥹🥹🥹
NP here! This is a very confusing topic but you made it easy to understand. I love your videos. I’m going through all your cardiology videos. Love love love the cardiomyopathy video!! I understand so much more and your voice sounds nice, which helps lol 😂
For your clinical medicine exams I would know them, for the PANCE, not sure I can say it would be worth the time to memorize all of the descriptions, maybe just a few of the main ones.
Excellent video as always - greatly appreciate all of your work. If we wanted to make a donation to you should we do it via the RUclips "Thanks" option?
This is super helpful, thank you! Keep up the good work! One way to remember the 5 Ts of cyanotic that my professor said was Truncus Arteriosus (1 vessel) Transposition of great vessels (2 vessels) Tricuspid Artresia (tri, '3') Tetralogy of Fallot (tetra '4') Total Anomalous pulmonary venous return TAPVR (it has 5 letters)
This is going to be the key to my success for my upcoming Cardio exam. Such a time saver. Thank you for making these. My classmates and I wished you had a video for Conduction disorders. Would you consider doing one ?
Cyanotic conditions only occur when deoxygenated blood crosses over and sneak out to the periphery of the body. PDA we have oxygenated blood (NOT deoxygenated) flowing from the aorta back into the pulmonary artery through the patent ductus and to the lungs. And a coarctation there is no contamination of deoxygenated blood, all that's happening is the blood is flowing through a narrowed are of the aorta making the left ventricle have to work harder.
@@cramthepance my mind I was confusing it even though I know pathology but during exam also I don’t know why I get confused but if I talk it out or write it out it helps then!
This is an absolutely phenomenal lecture. You explained things so well and I actually remembered so much by the end of it!! I love cardiology, but so much goes into congenital heart disease which can be intimidating, and this was an amazing & concise way to put it all together! Your channel is the best I’ve ever come across.
Awesome times awesome. Came across while looking for RN school videos. Seems he would benefit from marketing to all healthcare students, not just PA. Regardless, I feel really prepared for my peds cardiac exam now. Thanks a lot. Huge help.

@@cramthepance thank you for the video
For the first time a professor has decided not to be a cow. This is the best I have seen of CHD lecturer. Condensed and concise

Hi! Love the video. For the PANCE is it necessary to know the murmur’s sound description? I.e high pitched, holistic murmur = VSD?
For your clinical medicine exams I would know them, for the PANCE, not sure I can say it would be worth the time to memorize all of the descriptions, maybe just a few of the main ones.
