Nice solo. I would like to do it for my next recital.

Awesome! I would love to hear your version. You can get the sheet music in PDF here: www.ricardomolla.com/en/product/the-overton-window-for-bass-trombone-and-piano/
Very, very nice indeed! Martin and Nico Schippers are brothers in a low brass family and were taught by their grandfather and then by their uncle. Nico is the older of the two and often plays tenor tuba or euphonium besides trombone. Can anyone name another pair of siblings who have played in a top major orchestra together?

Right now nothing comes to my mind, do you know any? Thank you for your comment as always Bruce!
Not in the symphony area, but West Coast Jazz and recording studios - brothers Pete and Conte Candoli (both trumpet) and then the Nash brothers with Ted on sax and Dick on trombone. I believe they all played with Henry Mancini back in the day. Dick Nash is 94 but the others have passed on to that big band in the sky.
I love your constant writing of solos for low brass ❤
Thank you! Actually I am trombone player as well :)

I have to ask - is that Mvt I of more or is that the entire piece? Thank you.
What keys could this be in?
Erst mal Hose hochziehen und Notenständer richten.
vielleicht noch bisschen popeln? Hauptsache nicht der Musik zuhören und fühlen
ok aber schönen Ton hat er.
