Tami I don't know if you read the comments .. but I hope it arrives to you somehow; I love the way you interview your guests. You ask thought provoking, clear well thought out questions and give lots of space for answers. I am growing and benefiting tremendously from all of your work. Keep it up. Thank you!!
I just want to say I’m 64 retired and living on the golf course stage. I want to do nothing other than things I didn’t have time to do when I was working, raising children, getting over divorce and relationships etc. I have no need to change the world at this point. What’s important is loving on my grandchildren or spending time working on my health and well-being that got left while I was younger. I am now my #1 priority. I love your conversation!
Yes to every thing talked about here! All things that I have been thinking about at age 67. I am looking forward to the summit. Thank you both for bringing the conversation!
When my dad started to have memory problems I heard that MCT oil (concentrated coconut oil) could help. He tried it and it did. He came back to himself in a very significant way. He takes a couple tablespoons everyday. I’m 58 and am now taking it to maintain my brain because I intend to continue living a fully vibrant life - I’m back in college and training for the career I’ve always wanted!
If interested in MCT oil find Dr Mary T. Newports Ted Talk about it. My Philippina friend also says they don’t have Alzheimer’s in the Philippines where they use coconut oil all the time
I remain open to the Universe’s guidance on how to bring more balance and peace into my life. And I trust that I will be guided to solutions to avoid or remove people, things, or situations from my life that are stressing me out.
I was moving andfound old postcards. My friend, at the age of 20, wehad just started our studies at the Technical University, had sent me a postcard from her interrail-trip in Eurooe and wrote: ”I am too old to do this…” 😜😂 How old is she now? She, as I, were born 1965. I bet she feels zombie now, at the age of 57. I have not seen her for years - I am getting younger and she is getting older, so we have different hobbies, now. Her life is most likely descending, my life is starting to ascend. I did not know that I am this lucky! I am grateful for this now!
Hi, it is much better when we can see your faces! How to conciliate the aging changes about health and phsical forms with our bigger conciousness so we can be flourishing our best potencial?
Very much enjoyed this talk. To name just one of the things that always annoyed after I came from europe was the age thing. Just looking at the characters in movies and who was selected to play or act it. Looking at the age of actors that play in roles that they re often 20 to 30 years to young. That is an influential source that creates some of the stereotypes.

I’m glad this conversation is starting. Ageism is rampant, unchecked and acceptable.
