U can tell this is the old shattered version because It has the not so epic music rather than the same repetetive soundtrack from the normal dungeon And it has tome of mastery instead of tengu's mask

try your first run with the huntress, she makes tengu way more easy. and tips... oh boy there are thousands but that's the game. it's life die repeat. every death makes you smarter.
tengu is about dodging traps. Whip, thrown weapons, and staff is good against him. Just like the guy above me said, huntress is effective against tengu, but that doesnt mean other classes are bad too. With this you can minimalize the usage of your potion. About the potion use it when you really need to, if youre at low health find some safe place and you can heal with the sleeping method(hold the clock button in bottom left corner) just remember to eat first. You can look up some reddit post for other general tips
İ did finish the game for 3 times. So i can say the Overpowered item is the Wand of Fireblast and the Wand of Corrosion and. Try to upgrade and use this wands.
Being a veteran pixel dungeon player and seeing these videos feels so strange to me. I've completed about 7 runs and gotten the happy ending, and it's so weird to know that some players still haven't even gotten past Tengu lmao

Don't use your upgrade scroll to low tier weapon(if you really need,u can use 1-2).I always keep my upgrade scrolls to 4-5tier weapon and armor.Every dungeon regions have 3 upgrade scrolls and 2 strength potions,which mean that if you have a tier-4 armor/weapon, upgrade it to +3 so that u can use it normally in prison region and it's op.
You will fight 3 random fist in Yog fight First fist when Yog is 70% health (rotting or rusted fist) Second fist when Yog is 40% health (burning or soiled fist) Last fist when Yog is 10% health (bright or dark fist). (From Wiki)

Beat the Boss until he becomes unvunerable, then destroy the Pole where the sparks are flying to, then beat the Boss again, destroy the next Pole and then you can finally kill him.

I tried it using the ring of evasion +13. It worked really good and I needed only 1 healing potion

I had the wand of corrosion but i still cant defeat him he was at his last health

You Can augment a weapon by damage and upgrade to +6 and it will deal more than 100
