This dude is insane. I backed out 5 seconds into the video and then said "lemme give him a chance" mannnn, please don't waste your time watching this. 😂😂😂😂
I had a terrible experience with my Officer Recruiter and I had a 56 on my OAR. They just don't seem to care about quotas as much as Enlisted Recruiters. Luckily that recruiter left and I have a new one that seems to care a lot more. Good luck on your process. I'm going SWO as well. Maybe I'll see you at OCS.
Maybe I’ll see both of you! I just finished MEPS just this past Monday. Made a 47 and I graduated with a 3.0 GPA. Going SWO or SWO OceanO As far as my OAR experience... the computer crash like 5 times and I’m pretty sure it took away some of my time. :/ but either way I’m still in the competitive category!
My experience with my recruiter has been awesome. She’s even set up an interview with a SWO Officer to make me look better to the board. She picked me up at MEPS so I didn’t have to stay until 4pm. I was home by 12pm! Find someone who believes in you. Be your own inspiration. It is YOUR life. Take control, that’s what being an officer is about. You got this. ❤️
I’m in similar boat . Prior Enlisted Air Force , went through their whole process , taking AFOQT (basically the OAR,) MEPs, and And had a complete packet. My first board that was supposed to happen in January got push to May, and now we got a memo stating that the Air Force is only selecting engineering degrees, pilots and medical for the rest of the year. So I’m not gonna wait a whole year just to try again for the Air Force so here I am trying to look into navy OCS. I think the military is just in a state right now we are minus a few career fields they’re not really hurting for people since more people are coming in with a degree or older age looking for a career
Why did your recruiter tell you that the minimum OAR score is 40? Dude, my recruiter said that the minimum was 50. And like you were saying, you want to make higher to be competitive. I'm confused why your recruiter went with 40. Anyhow, at least you had the courage to go in there like a man and take the test.
42 is the minimum for SWO I believe but I think 45 gives you a better chance. Then again like they say the more competitive the better;your recruiter was probably ensuring you were ready to compete.
My recruiter still haven't responded in months. I reached out to a different recruiter today. He said that he will try to get me on the July board. I will post an update video.
Thanks big dog. My recruiter hasn't reached out to me either. Hopefully it's just due to this virus and everything will return to normal soon. Good luck!
Just wondering. How did you get into grad school with a 2.75 GPA??? Just wondering, I went to community college and university and I have a accumulative gpa of 2.71, and I am trying to get into grad school as well.

Austin Matthews it’s been a week and my recruiter still hasn’t responded
@@dredub9347 if she's that bad you can just go talk to a different one if there's one not far away.
What did you use to study Matt?
I'm sorry *Austin

My husband is prior service. Just because you got history doesn’t mean you don’t have potential.
I’m still waiting on MEPS with my paperwork. I doubt my recruiter even gave it to them

Should of tried the Army, we don’t have all those dumb test.
Really? Can you explain. How do you go to OCS in the Army? I am currently studying for the OAR and it’s driving me crazy
Thanks for the insight. I have the books from the same company. I have to take the OAR also.
@Dre Dub is it true a person can only take the OAR three times lifetime.
Yes, you can only take it 3 times and your last score is the one that counts.
@@dredub9347 thank you I will make sure to ace the OAR when it time comes time for me to take it.

Lol I fact-checked myself my bad
Any update? I'm prior service. Just passed my OAR. Wanna know what happened.

Schäfer G. I go to a private university. Requirements are less strenuous and it’s still accredited
Was your recruiter a White Lady?
Did you end up being picked up for SWO?
TonsofLULs still waiting on MEPS... smh
@@dredub9347 any updates
@@dredub9347how'd it go at MEPS with you having a VA rate? I'm in the same situation but scheduled to take the OAR.
