I’m sure they pause the video, there’s a lot of parts where she goes from one brush/color without pause and where the picture is different between one second and the next. She is very talented.

OMG that was fantastic. I just sat here playing my guitar with the monitor on mute watching you go from blank canvas to splashing waves at the seaside. I can almost hear the waves crashing down and getting my feet wet. Just amazing, and I just subbed because I want to see more.. 😃
