    Ive been loving waking up early. Even though its hard to get out of bed when the alarm first goes off, its so nice having some extra time in the morning to just relax and do whatever before needing to jump into the work day

      i agree, and i imagine with working a 9-5 job it can make your overall day just feel less rushed. it is also helpful when you have a buddy waking up with you, helps hold me accountable!💗

    Jess, your 5am wake-up challenge is very moving to me! Getting up early like that is a major productivity booster and shows such dedication to crushing goals. Count me in! Challenge accepted! 💪

      It was certainly a challenge! I’ve been continuing to practice waking up early since this challenge and love the amount of motivation and productivity it gives me. Good luck and let me know how it goes!

    I swear my child knows when I wake up early! Even if I'm super quiet she wakes up when I do and then I don't get my alone time AMD I have to start being a mom earlier in the day 😂

    Have you read My Miracle Morning by Hal Elrod? It seemed like you were implementing a lot of what he advises. I've tried it before, but struggled with some of his SAVERS. (Silence, Affirmations, Visualization, Exercise, Reading, Scribing (journalling)). I'm not a meditation girly so those first 3 were a struggle. Love yoga. I think my ADHD ass can only meditate while I'm moving lol. I also really struggled to journal in the morning, because I can't really formulate proper thoughts that early. 😅 Exercising was the only one that came easily to me. He also should call it SAVERSS because it should also include shower, which I have to do after I workout lol.
    I'm impressed that you were able to do it so well every morning! I've been considering trying it again for my YT channel. This video made me want to!

      I haven’t but I’ll add that to my list, sounds like I’d find it interesting! I actually love journaling in the morning because I don’t have all the chaotic thoughts of the day swirling in my head, instead I almost have a clearer mind to do the affirmations and visualization, but of course everyone’s different! I think doing it for the video also helped hold myself accountable, it’s hard to do it without some outside motivation until it becomes a habit!

    I love early mornings! It’s become my habit. It takes time but the more you did the easier it gets. I started this because of your last video the millionaire habits. It’s definitely made a huge change in my life!

      That’s amazing! I’m now on week 3 of waking up around 5/5:30 and it’s gotten a LOT easier this week! I love that you’ve stuck with it for the last year!
