U are the best turkey hunter i have ever watched or seen in real time ! Your calling is 100% your woodsman ship is spot on !! Im a veteran turkey hunter of over 30 yrs and i wouldnt just hunt with anyone , but ill tell u this if i could ever get the opportunity 2 hunt with u Phillip u just say when and where !! Ive followed u this whole yr and brother u stack em up ! What a season and wow all the birds you have called in for your other friends and brothers !! Eddie Salter your an icon my prayers are with u !! Phillip your the man and a true turkey tlker and killer wow !!! U hafe 2 have a ton of beards and hooks way 2 go brother , u have taught me more than u could no !!

Phillip Culpepper we could make that happen, we hunt two provinces [ same as states for you folks]. Our spring season runs April 25 to May 31 very similar to your seasons. I am a member of a hunting group called Gohuntbirds, we hunt mainly private land for waterfowl, turkey, and some upland. We support all our local hunting chapters, DU, Delta waterfowl, Canadian Wildlife Turkey Federation, and many more. We have a passion for supporting our youth programs and our women huntress chapter. If you are ever interested in coming to Ontario, we would love to have you and Blake etc up. You can always look us up through our Gohuntbirds website. Take care.

You boys,( and only a couple of others), on U - tube are the quintessential turkey hunters. IMHO. It's too bad we cant run and gun in Pa. Would like to know what product you have to spit your mouth call in. Seems necessary. THANKS AGAIN FOR EVERYTHING!

Phillip Culpepper Great news, PTL. My season in TN was tough, killed a long beard on April 18. My one and only. I was hunting alone, doing the Eddie Salter hoot after I killed him was not as much fun alone. 😀 Still hooted in honor of Eddie. Get well soon Eddie

Just stumbled across Spring Thunder, so I am seeing these late. Love the public land hunts! I'm hooked.
If using the 3" TSS #9's and coupling that with a Kicks Gobblin Thunder, what constriction would you recommend on that choke? (Using an 870 12 ga.) Thanks!
