Qur'an 14:33 And He subjected for you the sun and the moon, continuous [in orbit], and subjected for you the night and the day.
21:33 And it is He who created the night and the day and the sun and the moon; all [heavenly bodies] in an orbit are swimming.
36:40 It is not allowable for the sun to reach the moon, nor does the night overtake the day, but each, in an orbit, is swimming.
79:3 And by those that swim along (i.e. angels or planets in their orbits, etc.)

Because the west generally doesn't want you to know about the contributions that the Islamic world has brought to the everyone. All they want you to think about are "terrorists" when you think of Islam. And sadly, many people still fall for this false propaganda
