At this point I'm wondering if valhalla's platinum is even real, the game is so tedious and so boring that completing it is a fucking job that you hate not something fun to do
For anyone having trouble with Blade in the Crowd trophy, it’s the most easy trophy of the game, it isn’t glitched or anything, I think it asks something that the game can’t do, you can’t kill and remain stealth like in older AC games. So here’s what you do, blend with the crowd, pay the group, then use focus assassination, it counts that way. I did it like this. Do it in one of the gates of the Round City
you can also just stand in a crowd and then whistle to lure out a guard. thats how i did it and it worked perfectly fine. there are good opportunities in the damascus gate prison and at the bazaar :)
I think they made this into a full game instead of a dlc to test the waters a bit. I think the reason everything is a bit barebones is because they are trying to go back to the old formula and gauge reactions to it. The game is nowhere near perfect for sure, but I think its enjoyable enough and is a step in the right direction. Definitely held my interest a lot more than valhalla and kind of odyssey

As meh as Mirage is, I have to say that the 'cigerette mom' as you put it is Shohreh Aghdashloo and that's just her voice, its very distinct she's been in destiny, mass effect, arcane to name a few things.
And for the trophy Eagle’s Will, you don’t need to dodge for 10 min. Just find a snake in the wilderness and stay in front of her without doing nothing for 10 min, she won’t attack you. I did it that way. Think people.

You can buy a map that shows all the locations of every collectible with a guy that’s marked kind of star symbol inside the Round City. Or go to Power Pyx and see his walkthrough of collectibles.
I used a single lion close to Carawanserai, there is a rock close to the animal, which makes it easy to avoid hits. Indeed, snake should be even easier, but I encountered this lion while I was looking for a Snake :)

People were saying u have to make sure the outline of the character stays white throughout the whole assassination which I think most of the time the merchants crouch from fear taking you out of hiding or you step to far. If you've tried the focus strat then ig it is bugged.

I managed to get it using the focus assassinations, just had to stand motionless in a group of people and chain a number of kills for a bit. Bit of a pain to get, but finally got that platinum aha 👍
Games used to have an idea, and the games were created around said idea - meaning everything had a purpose. There used to be a vision. Now, they just throw nothing into a bowl and hope for the best. "We're building a car? Let's throw pepperonis in there! People like those, right?"

And how can you say it was painful? This is the EASIEST AC game to platinum. So enjoyable. No fish trophies, no do this or that 100x… Painful is Valhalla with those offers and dice games. Painful is Black Flag with online trophies. Painful is Syndicate with that infinite grind of 5.000 destructibles. Painful is Origins and Odyssey with that big ass maps with thousands of ??????????? I have AC 2, Brotherhood, Unity, Syndicate, Origins and Odyssey plats and I hated them all. Mirage was the first enjoyable one.
Game is basically, you get introduced to your mentor, you do a bunch of missions, a villain tries telling you something to make you change sides, your mentor then betrays you, you then hunt down your mentor, and then you kill your mentor
The reason Mirage is so small is because it was initially only supposed to be a DLC for Valhalla. Pair that with rhe barely 1 year production time and the budget limitations and the smaller Ubisoft team working on it. I still think they did an amazing job although not good enough for it to be charged 50 dollars.

Stealth is way better, true to the real assassin creed formula I don't know man, does alot of stuff better than Valhalla alone and Valhalla is probably better than oddysey

No modern story; we don't even know why we're in the Animus or who we are, and instead of being given a story, we're given generic "kill the Templars" and a confusing ending that's supposed to be artistic but can only be understood if you're a hardcore AC fan but also played Valhalla even though it's the most un-AC AC game. I genuinely thought the ending was the beginning of the first phase and we were going to have an explanation of the final cinematic and have Basin learn of the Isu and learn WHO WE ARE IN THE GAME AND WHY WE'RE IN THE ANIMUS as a reward for simultaneously shitting and boring gameplay with no lore-building... But nope... Fuck you, that's the end of the game, on top of being bad it wasn't even AC and there's no story, here's a confusing ending that mAkEs YoU tHinK for all the people that remember the cinematics from the previous game, you're not getting anything else, the end... Like, wtf?!?!?! Did they *intentionally* attempt to piss every segment of player off and make hype of "getting back to roots" because it's middle eastern and has *an* element of stealth when it's the most un-AC game ever???
