About the wrist pain, I work on a computer 8 hrs mon-fri. It is majorly about your sitting position and equipment placement. Ensure most of your hand begining from elbow is always on the work desk. Also you can buy an external keyboard and raise your laptop. And get a higher chair since your desk is high. But first start with hand placement. Since I created more space for my hand, I don't have wrist pain anymore. Thank Jesus!
