I can't believe I didn't know he existed till very recently. I used to love 80s glam rock in high school, but somehow never knew about him. I love this man too!! His looks, his mannerisms, his personality, everything. I love that he was never afraid to be himself and he didn't care what people thought about him, (even though he got a lot of ridicule for how he looked when he was young, and some people still make fun of his "feminine" look). Plus, he is unlike the vast majority of the 80s rock guys. He was never was into that lifestyle. He was never superficial, never a douchebag, wasn't big on drugs or drinking, never touched a groupie, and he's proud of that. Only looking for a meaningful relationship and real love and being completely devoted to his wife. And he cares about animals and is a total cat person! How does this perfect man even exist in such a world?
The fun thing about him (and the rest of the Hanoi guys) is that he comes from Finland, which still to this day is a very difficult place to live if you're the least bit different. I can't even imagine how much shit he must have heard from people, but he never changed who he is.
