My heart goes out to you and your family. I've heard it said that our dogs have such short lives because they are born knowing how to love unconditionally. I always found that thought poetic and beautiful, and it's surely been the case with my dog, Moose, as it seems with Sodapop. His spirit will live on in the love you share with other animals, and people, too.
He still looks happy and full of life. Hoping you let him live out the rest of his days until it's actually time. Please don't cut his life short until it's truly the end. 😭🙏
Hi life was full and not cut short. I recorded the video when his decline was coming rapidly. When he passed away, he could no longer eat, go to the bathroom or get to his feet on his own.
In the tapestry of our lives, their paw prints remain a vibrant thread of love and companionship. always remembered with joy and happiness with peace in our hearts.. one day soon.. we will reunite and remain forever and ever.. Jake, Scrappy, Missy, Max and ole Bear will be there waiting for you and me..and all of us who Love and trust the Lord.. And so it shall be.

Sorry to see him go.. mine is going on 13 and he's going strong but also I can see I have to do more and more for him. But 13 years of companionship is worth so much, it makes me sad because I know we're at nearing the end of the journey. And nobody cares for my like my best friend.
