This is a famous French song, Je suis malade. (I'm sick) The original singer is Serge Lama. However, Forestella sang this song as an homage for Lara Fabian's version. It notes in the lyrics with terms in feminine form (orpheline, heureuse). But Serge Lama posted his praises about this stage on his official SNS. (Twitter, IG, FB).
Forestella released their Korean version of this song in their 3rd album: the Forestella. 눈물 속에 홀로 (Alone in Tears) has lyrics in Korean. Even the words in the lyrics were changed a lot from the original Je suis malade, you can feel the deep emotions and vibes of the original in it if you try to listen. One of the members of Forestella (Bae DooHoon) contributed to writing some lyrics in Korean as well.

La musique actuelle française me décois donc je me suis tournée ver l'Asie ou j'ai découvert Forestella le meilleur quartet crossover le roi des harmonies . Ils sont très versatile chantent differents styles et languages . Verifier leur Bohemian Rhapsody (anglais) ou leur Nella Fantasia( italien) . This is Forestella, a crossover group from Korea. They are the winner group in the Phantom Singer 2; an audition show to form a crossover quartet like il Divo from Korea. However, as they have their own unique style, they won't be Korean il Divo, they will be the Forestella of the world!
Forestella has sung great covers like Bohemian Rhapsody, We are the Champions, Hijo de la Luna, Heal the World, the Sound of Silence, My Favorite Things, Champions (mash-up of Champs league theme and Champions by Jo SuMi), Nella Fantasia, Scarborough Fair..etc etc. At the Phantom Singer All Stars they sang Time in a bottle, Je suis Malade as well. Shape of You in English, Spanish and African Zulu is fantastic indeed.

Forestella is a quartet of Ko WooRim (classical bass, intense abyss-deep low tone), Kang HyungHo (ex-research chemist, rock vocalist with soprano head voice falsetto), Cho MinGyu (classical leggiero tenor, light boyish crystal clear tone) and Bae DooHoon (musical actor, 159th King of the Masked Singers, emotion convincer good at R&B, Pop). Each has distinct tone and style of singing, different charm. But all of them are famous as practice-freaks. They meet almost everyday to practice together. In a radio program the leader (Cho MinGyu) revealed it would be around 20 days they didn't meet in the year. Bae DooHoon also said they don't meet 1~2 days in a month. I think this explains how their perfection can be possible.
Don't miss their m/v for Save our lives! It's full of wonders. Each of them is representing an element in the m/v. They sang Fake Love of BTS and their song Save our lives at MAMA. Their new original song Utopia is a must check.

Forestella released their new single KOOL in Kpop style to fulfill their promise of Kpop cover dance for exceeding 990K views of Save our lives m/v. Bonjour !! La première fois que je l'ai écouté, ils m'ont scotchée. Et c'est pareil à chaque fois que je l'écoute. Ils ont repris pleins de chansons comme bohemian rapsodie, we are the champions, despacito... ce qui m'a extrêmement surpris c'est qu'ils chantent en français, espagnol, zulu, russe etc... J'ai eu un énorme coup de cœur dès le début et c'est tjrs le cas. En tout cas si vous aimez cette version, écoutez en d'autres et vous serez surpris de leur immense talent. Bonnes écoutes.

I’d like to recommend you a new crossover group from South Korea I discovered recently. It’s called “Forténa” with combination of four tenors(I’ve heard it’s the first crossover group with four tenors).
One of the members is a very famous count tenor(His name is DQ Lee and played in lots of operas all over the world).
When I heard their very much first cover song “Demain n’existe pas“ in a competition program, I had goosebumps everywhere.
I’m sure you would like it and I’d love to hear your opinion about their singing.

Il y a une chose qui m'étonne dans cette interprétation, c'est que ces jeunes chanteurs coréens ne doivent pas être francophones (je les ai entendu chanter en anglais et en espagnol également, en plus du coréen) et ils ont donc du apprendre la chanson plutôt phonétiquement (en plus d'avoir une traduction), et pourtant ils mettent exactement les bonnes intentions sur les mots qu'il faut, comme s'ils comprenaient vraiment le français, voire même le vivaient. C'est vraiment épatant.
La seule exception qui montre qu'ils ne parlent pas vraiment français, c'est la césure trop longue du dernier "je suis mala...... de!" (qui existe déjà dans les versions en français, mais qui est excessivement accentuée ici comme si "mala" et "de" étaient 2 mots différents).
J'attendais une analyse française de ce titre. Déjà ils ont adapté la chanson d'après Lara Fabian. Mais que ce soit analysé en anglais ou en français ils ne connaissent pas la version originale de Serge Lama ce qui est frustrant

@@celinegazaix9266 J'ai eu la même réaction à la première écoute : c'est une reprise de la reprise de Lara Fabian plutôt qu'une reprise de la version originale de Serge Lama, et comme je préfère la version de Serge Lama (la version de Lara Fabian est très belle aussi, mais plus "performative" à mes yeux, moins intimiste et authentique, je dirais "nord-américanisée". En tout cas, on peut savoir gré à Lara Fabian d'avoir fait connaître cette belle chanson française à un public international), j'étais un peu déçu.
Mais en la réécoutant, outre le fait d'être quand même admiratif pour la qualité du français de ces 4 jeunes coréens, leur version est assez particulière avec ce mélange entre une approche très opératique (certains chantent vraiment comme des chanteurs lyriques classiques, la basse et le ténor particulièrement) et une approche plus proche de la variété française originale (notamment celui qui est le plus à droite de l'écran), ce qui donne quelque chose de très spectaculaire et curieusement satisfaisant.
J'imagine que Serge Lama, qui est l'auteur de la chanson (et peut-être Alice Dona qui en est la compositrice), doit être étonné et ravi de voir que sa chanson connaît une telle carrière internationale, au point de devenir un tube en Corée du Sud 50 ans après sa création !
