It's a pretty damn good mod. I think it might need that final spark to make everything much cooler, but still a great A tier.
We also had Express from mainline mods of horror, don't forget. The mods has some minimal errors, but there's way too many making it less enjoyable as it could be.

As someone who forgot all about the keemstar scream, that screaming guy genuinely unnerved me the first time around.
The Whistle, Guy Fawkes mask, Jeff (the electric guitar guy), and the heart monitor are the four horsemen of this mod.

A good way to make the gunshot guy play past the gunshot like you said it should have would of been if you can hear the gun reloading during the time he heals so there isn't just a pause of silence
I realized this because I was playing borderlands and firing my gun in synchronization with the video and realized the reloading sound fit in pretty well

As for Voice 4, the missing audio should be the sound of the shell hitting the ground, think that would complete the rhythm.
