If he has not been allotted any seat/didn't join the college in AI round 1 (took free exit) And in round 2 also, didn't get any seat, then fees will be refunded. If he is alloted a seat in round 2, then he has to join or else fees won't be refunded. If he joins, this fees will be added to his tuition fee for admission that year.
