    The clicker conversation had me laughing at myself. I am that guy that never touches the clickers except to check if they are still at the factory settings after a service. I don’t know exactly why either. Keep up the great work Coach and Tool Man Dan!

      @@CoachRobbBeams you are most welcome, brilliant conversation, and great avenues to explore for us vets, like suspension direction, which I still think is a dark art.

    Great show. This is much needed. I’ve taught at the local level and have been preaching 250 over 450 to vets for years. Pride gets in the way most guys feel like less of a man or something if they go to a 250. I bought a 250rx Honda and installed a 300 big bore kit. Most fun I’ve had on a bike in years. Keep up the good work 🗣️📣

    Just for Grins look at the 30+ results from any GNCC. Vets typically make up a great majority of racers. Regularly racers 70+! I’m and 60yr Offroad racer. My major hurdle has been maintaining good vision as my eyes changed over time. Love this program and excited to follow from Indianapolis

    AWESOME podcast Coach Robb and Dan. Been waiting for this for weeks. This is well needed. The only bikes I have are 2-strokes now. Just felt the 4stroke made me lazy and didn't want to loose the skill I learned over the years. Love my Hondas. Can't wait for the next podcast.

      Thank you for the support! Everyone should train on a 2-stroke and then race a 4-stroke, you will have a much more productive rider for sure.

    Great idea guys! The friction between the desire to ride, stay young, and feel youthful vs. your loved ones worried about your health and getting injured. Is it selfish? I've been injured a bunch of times (68yrs old and moto since 69') and I feel selfish sometimes.

    • @CoachRobbBeams
      @CoachRobbBeams  4 месяца назад +1

      It isn't selfish if you have been doing this your entire life - this is who you have been and will continue to be. Riding is what helps provide us focus and purpose. Thank you for watching!

    This is going to be one I’m not gonna miss, I’m 65 my son raced pro SX now the grandkids are racing. I’m blessed to have a Almond orchard and a track on it I want to start riding again but just riding the pit bikes gets me tired so hopefully you’ll touch on how and duration it’ll take to get back into shape so I can enjoy putting in some laps instead of getting smoked by my 9 & 11 year olds I’ve still got the 6 year old covered but not sure for how much longer. Do I need to get a Garmen for heart rate? ❤🙏

    What anxiety medicine is good for riding?

    • @CoachRobbBeams
      @CoachRobbBeams  3 месяца назад

      That is an interesting question that would need some guidance from your doctor. We would want to understand what types of situations are creating the anxiety and the medicines that you were put on accordingly. Is your doctor aware that you are riding and/or racing?
