I now listen to Rival songs the _morning_ that they come out instead of when you upload them in the afternoon, just so that I actually have enough time to process them… this is yet another masterpiece, and possibly even my favourite track of yours. I first listened to this on my way to school in the -1C degree cold, and I could swear the shivers I got from the small trap switch at 0:46 and 0:59 brought the temperature down to at least -5. I was also absolutely stunned by the vocal performance from Alaina, especially at 1:09 or 2:17. There’s just something so cold about that scream “EVERYTHING FALLS APART”. She impressed us all enough last month with “Karma”, and when I found out that such a collab was coming to my favourite label so soon I was beyond stoked. I can’t quite put a finger on what Jim did here, but I’m sure he played an essential role in the production of his 30th NCS release. Please, we need this collab to return at some point!
