    Honestly, all of my family including me love to have pan-fried pork buns/Sheng Jian Bao (生煎包) in a Taiwanese restaurant or buy it in supermarkets, they are juicy after taking a bite and crispy at the bottom.💖

    how many minutes to fry sheng jian bao? is it 10 minutes?

    are the buns still frozen when you fry them on the pan?

      Yes, they are still frozen.

      @@angelwongskitchen we have frozen Sheng Jian Baos, and usually i thaw them out, but even frying them a few seconds and steaming them they still come out undercooked. I end up having to microwave them in the end
