I can not thank you enough for sharing this video for the fans like me (going back to '78) that couldn't attend a show. Ged is such a fine humble human how could you not love to hear his stories ! I so hope that transcripts from this book tour will be available in the future.
Thanks for posting this. I was hoping someone recorded this section of the show. The memory ran out on my phone right before Donna asked my question. It was a fantastic night.
I've seen another video of my question being answered - I appreciate the different angle! (or, and the whole show) - thank you for this!! Rush on! ~ LUVGEDDY
Thanks so much for posting this. I’m going to see Geddy on December 10th when he’s over in the UK. I have a very interesting question for him which I really hope he can answer. Thank you again. RIP Neil and long live Geddy and Alex…
Thank you for sharing this. I bought tickets during the pre-sale, but two weeks before this show I got quite sick and couldn't go. Thank you for parts 1 and 2.👍👍
First time I saw Rush was in early 75 when they were opening for Kiss. There was another band maybe Joe Vitale's Madmen. It was at Erie County Fieldhouse just outside or Erie PA. It is a memory I'll never forget. It was in the days of GA into shows and I was the fourth person through the gate. I was running as not to be run over by the wave of humanity behind me. I took by spot center stage. It was in the days before barriers. When Geddy got close to me and my three other friends we tried to touch him. Not sure if we were successful. But it was life changing. The next Rush concert that sticks out is the Test for Echo tour. It was the first show my son and I attended together. After the show, we were standing in the kitchen having a snack and my son looks at me and says...You know what dad? New bands suck. The third greatest memory with Rush is their final tour. My son and I were 5th row center at the Ridgefield Amphitheater. It was great to share what Rush had meant to me with my son and see what Rush's music meant to him. Thanks for being the soundtrack of my life.
When Rush toured with Kiss Gene Simmons talked about Geddys bass playing Geddy learnt by ear , Gene said when they jammed together he would tell Geddy the chords notes
Thank you so much for taking the time to record this. 👍 One spot where the video cut out is where Hefty tells his favorite bass... Does anyone remember his answer? Thanks again.
Thank you for capturing the moment Geddy answered my question and said hello to me on video. Something I'll always remember.
Donna Halper, You made it all possible!! We love you...
Love the question about Geddy’s voice - I’ve always loved his voice. Thanks
This is the guest interviewer I was hoping to see. I'm happier now.
Thanks for showing this Flying from Phoenix to Detroit on 4 Dec After 68 shows 1977 Reno thru The Forum 2015...No way I am missing this
