Doing my first one of these tomorrow. I've done some burner seals on these and found there's no one way to get that fan arm in.. with relative ease! Sometimes it's went in with the locking nut screwed mostly down. Other times it's only went in with the locking nut screwed away up. Absolutely hate Worcester lol!!
Thanks mate, yeah some of the older videos were filmed for my Instagram page before i started RUclips hence why they're in portrait, new content will all be landscape going forward 👌🏽
Just been looking at your video and came across a comment made by yourself with reference to the "bearing plate" being faulty and making vibration noises. My boiler is making loud vibration noises along with the sound of dripping water, I've filmed it in the next couple of videos, ruclips.net/video/MaQSvsTbKbU/видео.html, ruclips.net/video/BpwVg33rwIA/видео.html. Would that be the bearing plate that is faulty and causing the noise, or could it be the fan?
Mate your videos are unreal, so in depth and always help me out
Cheers mate, hold tight!!
I find leaving the clip in and just undo the nut on the gas valve is a lot easier to get the gas connection out.
Ah nice one I'll try this next time!
You saved my time today again 🎉, big thanks 😊
Top man!
Well explained thank you
Nice one 👍🏾
Gracias,
Brilliant video, thanks
Brilliant video keep up the good work
Could you make videos on how to put boilers into service mode/chimney sweep mode
That rectification probe can be awkward. I find it easier to get that and electrode leads off once the fan etc is out 👍
Great vid!

Good luck man! 👊🏾
@@cputilitysolutions Thanks!
Well explained
👏👏👏brilliant
check the flap do you mean the bearing plate
Yup that's the one
Nice vid bro...👍🏾
As it was, had no trouble with the fan arm going back in, but that black plastic nut on top of the gas valve just typifies Worcester 🤢
Ah yeah that can be a pain in the backside too
Good video, but turn your camera around, it's like looking through a letterbox.👍🏾

How much a new original fan cost ?
I paid £150.
