I remember watching bucket as a small child on mtv and I was so infatuated with his playing and his aesthetic , to this day no guitarist has captivated me in such a way man 🤞🏽
the one and only reason I started playing the guitar. 2007 is probably the year. I always return to him at some times. Now my mom has cancer, just found out yesterday. Thanks for the emotional healing Buckethead
thanx for great show! I met him so looong time ago (25years?) at tokyo famous bootleg shop. I worked there, such a great person he was, of course he was no mask😁 still going strong he is,amazing!!
Hot take: Cyrille isn't all that bad. I don't mind her vocals alongside Buckethead's guitar playing. However, when I go see Buckethead live, I definitely prefer it to be a fully instrumental show, as that's the Buckethead I know and love. But if they toured under a different name, I'm sure it wouldn't feel as weird to hear her singing with Buckethead on the same stage. Kinda feels like a side project, in my opinion. I'd still probably attend that show anyways.
Ive seen bucket collab with many opening acts over the years so it wasnt that off putting. Shes getting far more criticism though. I enjoyed the sets thoroughly even tho ive always hated jessies girl with a seething passion lol
I did not mind anyone he was on stage with. I thought she put up a cool show, even made some "Zombie" faces which I thought matched well and the bass player had some great moments too.
imagine someone watched it already several times (without spoilers) and still has no clue how one special song is named... well at least there wasnt any spoilers 🤣
I love Buckethead a lot, but…… I wish he wouldn’t always write linearly. For instance he’ll write 16 bars then8 bars back to 16 and so on and so forth. If he changed it up sometimes there would be even greater opportunities for his amazingly creative guitar voice to explore even more of the cosmos. The use of different time signatures as well. What would he do in 9/8 or 7/4 or whatever to expand the melody and harmonic options. I think his fans would go there with him. It wouldn’t take away, just add to his virtuosity. ✌️
@@dirtthesixth yea welcome to the world of social media where people have opinions. go look at all the videos of this tour everyone is saying the same thing buddy xD
