According to Islamic texts, righteous Muslims must believe that during al-isra, or the night journey, that Mohammed was riding around in the sky on a Pegasus-styled winged horse, called Al-Buraq, in the 7th century AD, flying over the Arabian desert. And this was the way that God would transmit his message to a merchant from Mecca. So yes - that is mad and crazy and no, just because it's centuries old it doesn't make it more likely or 'traditional' as you guys say. It was mad then and mad now.

Your ranting only exposes your insecurity about this issue - you're obviously not comfortable with these mad religious doctrines being challenged and only 'secure' when everyone else believes it. And anyone who disagrees with you is not a troll, again, you're demonstrating profound insecurity in your own beliefs.

Just reminding you , that all the Prophets of Allah , before this , were called a lunatic . Noah , Abraham , Moses , Jesus and Muhammad S.A.W. They were all called as lunatics , according to the Islamic history , by their people who rejected their callings . The truth shall prevail and the falsehood shall be defeated .

I have come across dozens of people on youtube that spout all sort of things. When one gives an answer that makes sense they just ignore it, change the topic or lay charge of takiyya; the point is that they don't want any answers, they r just here on youtube to offend others and waste their time. I am not sure about you though. I DON'T CARE what other people believe, it is their problem and not mine. But if they want to hold views about my belief than they have to actually understand it first.

If you want to believe the pegasus explaination (which by the way is not correct), it is up to you. It is not my issue what you decide to believe, but if you ever believe in false things regarding any subject, you will harm yourself and not others. Have a nice day,

There is wisdom in each instance of manifestation of God's power. The examples I gave you are minor ones. Islam is NOT a religion that was started by Muhammad, Islam in Arabic is the word for religion that God has enjoined upon mankind. Moses and Jesus also preacehed the SAME message in their time in their language to their people. All big nations of the world have recieved God's religion, if it has been completely corrupted over time that is another thing. God shall all fairly.

The Mir'raj is not a haox, now whether it was a physical journey or a spirtual journey (i.e an experience like a dream) is something has been debated ever since. While the position of a physical journey is much stronger of the two one thing that has to be born in mind is that this whole event is under the category of supernatural events. Whatever he rode was not from this world and God that is creator of the universe and it's laws has full power to bend its rules and cause such events.

Yes - God is so powerful that the best way to tell the world his message was by organising a direct flight from Mecca to Jerusalem on a winged horse. A really powerful God eh? Also - the message wouldn't transmit to many parts of the world and some parts of the world doesn't even know Islam exist. So the all powerful God obviously doesn't care about these people. Wake up and realise it's all myth from insecure desert dwelling nomads, who plaigarised the Bible, explaining their illiteracy.

the problem with people like you is that you tend to force this event of mi'raj into the physical realm and the laws of nature. Things like Moses parting the sea, Abraham being thrown into the fire & not burning in it, Moses staff turning into a serpant, Solomon having control over winds, David being able to mold metal by his hands, Jesus even brining dead back to life is all attributed to God. God does it through them & shows that they r in fact men of God, These r all miracles like the Mi'raj.

Answers to all of your questions exist in Islam and the surprising bit is that they fit in quite well with what the rest of the religion teaches rather than be a domga like 1+1+1=3 & God is love (even though is going to put people into Hell) as some people preach in this world. If you are really interested in getting them, it would be a good idea to make a visit to your local mosque. In case you are not interested DO NOT reply to this comment. I have better things to do than waste time on Trolls

there is nothing "crazy" or "mad" about this. The even he is refering to is one reason why Jerusalem is holy for the Muslims but the main reason is that it has been the center through which God's religion has been implemented on the earth for centuries through Saul, David, Solomon and anothers. All these figures are Prophets of God for the Muslims and thus Jerusalem is also holy for them.
