2:22 Sammit is like a proud Papa (Dad) watching his son open his presents he painstakingly picked out for him. Even concerned he might hurt himself on the staples. It's amazing how much you've grown Sammit since I began watching your videos about 4+ years ago!
I actually came to the comments to say exactly this. He took Daiki under his wing in exactly the same way Okachan did. It shows that when you do good things for others it helps them become better people. Amazing to see it in real time.
@@paulcronin551 Yep. From the sounds of the videos this is attracting new sponsors and more than likely other business opportunities will come of this. Lets hope for a bright future for SAMMIT HQ and team !!!
The vids since Daiki has come have been excellent to say the least..I as well as the rest of us watching can say we can see the brotherhood between you 2 and watching you and Daiki open boxes to make his comp car better along side your own is something that other "tubers" oftentimes end up with conflicts trying to attempt making deals and what not ..but you took and raised the bar like a brother would..."oh..cars giving you heaps of troubles reliability wise...I got you let's try these .(floor full of boxes)...simply amazing. Keep doing your people right and I can see you 20 years down the line still successful doing the same with Yugo...much love here from the middle of the states.❤
Just feel the genuine energy from sammit!! Just pure intentions no drama just giving the best to the important people in his life were everyone wished that sammit would be there boss !! Like even he could made the thumbnail something like "all things wrong in daki's car" just so pure and genuine. Just keep giving the love Sammit you will grow bigger than you could have imagine
Such a solid boss and friend! The happiness on Daiki's face is so genuine and you can just see how appreciative he is! Cant wait to see him rip in D1 lights, also check Odi's FD cars with the roof vents for fresh air might be a good idea for his car
pro tip on tapping, use a hexagon socket to a small hand size ratchet , either a 11 or 12 socket works. had to retapped the cylinder head cam cover bolts. because some people dont know how much RTV to use. RTV collects under the bolts and bottoms out inside the thread hole causing the casing around the hole to crack. be careful with RTV sealant
I am loving all the progress with Daiki's car, I didn't realise to was in such bad shape. Kudos to him for still racing his best with it and Kudos to Sam helping him get that all sorted out
All the ups and downs you guys are going thru working on daikis car is gonna be all the more sweeter seeing his smile on his face once it’s done playa, keep that kind heart of your sammit!!!
Great work sammit. Helping daiki sort out the car. Especially with the tapping etc. sometimes you need a friend to help calm the situation. Because two brains are better then one. 🙏🏽 so you able to make the right decisions. Gotta run these things by your team. Or someone with the knowledge.
Daiki is so deserving of all the help you are giving him what a team you 2 are 🔥🔥🇬🇧for air flow for Daiki how about roof vents like the Subaru rally cars ?
@01:37 that one is best efficieny, you can tell cause long and thin. meaning les resistance for air through cooler, then in and out are at opposite sides, meaning no stagnant oil inside cooler, it leget fills edge to edge. just make sure the house coming out of the cooler is at the top of the cooler, adn hose feeding oil into the cooler is at the bottom edge of the cooler, this wil prevent air from getting stuck inside the cooler reducing efficiency.
feel the pain of tapping threads in tight areas. just a tip once you get the tap started use a socket and ratchet on it and can get the thread chased quicker then the old shifter.
For the fans on Daiki's car it will work way better if you also have an exhaust fan. In fact that is probably more important. I did a ton of research for putting fans in my entertainment unit and it's the same principle.
That song lol. A 70's vibe going on. Daiki's car looking good and I can't wait to see the 33.4 on the road rippin again. Oh by the wayiIts called a NACA duct.
We take for granted working on cars with friends. Lost a good friend of mines and that aspect of life isn’t here at the moment. Great to see you guys knock stuff out ❤❤ loving the content as of late!
i am happy to see Daiki so happy and to see his car getting to be the way it should be and the companies coming on board to help him well done guys all the way Daiki
I would assume that the IN THE BIN part with the bushings was referencing MCM with Marty saying in the bin with the Kei car build they did years back. Funny that Daiki didnt get the reference at ALL!
You should do a fan challenge. Like inviting some fans, like me from Sweden, and hold an amateur fan competition. Me personally I'm just a person without a license but with a deep understanding of cars and high scores of the crew 2 without cheating.
I know the crescent shifter is the bomb and all, but, you should look at getting a tap socket set for those places you can't get a T handle into. Heaps easier
Sam is the employer that keeps on giving. I love this how he noticed that the oil cooler and intercooler were bad so he went ahead and bought it for Daiki as well. You're a great human being, Sam. Yuko will watch this one day and be inspired.
16:47 lol 🙋🏽♂️shadetree ASE certified here (Ask Someone Else)...shit and giggles son's/i call that an adjustable socket wrench...😅🤣 your a kool boss your not perfect, says/shows fails, I much respect.!! If me your apprentice that's bonus...solid vids sir 💯🤙🏽
I feel like I'm watching a video from the future of sammit and yugo lol but seriously daiki is a great member of the team and definitely deserves all the good stuff
Sam is definitely in "Dad Mode" lately! Lol! It's great to see this "family" doing their thing. Keep up the great content, guys, I absolutely love this channel!
Yea thanks Sam! I have severe ADHD too and that blue fitting is sending me crazy, even looking on the interwebs for a pink fitting 😂 so yea cheers dude 👍 also adore having Daiki on the channel, watched him drift before the channel and he's got insane talent! It's amazing to see you, Sam, give him a break and use your contacts to help! ❤❤❤
Thanks, Sam. Now, that blue fitting is going to bother me knowing that it's there and not matching the rest of the black on the engine...I can't wait to hear the OG Skyline fire up for the first time!
Arent there like these plastic / lexan windows with like a little slide in there ? Im pretty sure there are , might be a nice cheap extra way of getting air in the car / maybe helps with fogging up the car window
My ocd didn't like the blue but then when you pointed it out and taunted us with it, it sent shivers now my spin. Ocd things haha😂. Love your videos keep up the good work
Lots of stuff going on!!! oh gotta tap those ? that's the kind of behind the scenes work I'd do... also, I wonder if you keep some of the used hardware, it can always become handy someday... just sayin'.... Can't wait to see that 33.4 running !! Maybe in person :D
Daiki's car would get cooler with the addition of Naka ducts on the quarter windows behind him to funnel in cool air from the outside to an air filtration system to blow cool air on him.
G'day Aussie bro. Awesome give to live, live to give ✌️GReddy, intercooler, 3 and 4 inch piping the only way. Great scrutiny Sam. Go Daiki. 33.4 engine looks great, and the plenum, sugoi. Arigato Sam, great content ✌️🤘🇦🇺🇯🇵
Love today content and daiki reaction to his new parts and can’t wait for him to start ripping his car and win some competition also can’t wait to see the 33.4 run and ripping at the street too 😊😊😊
i haven't seen the video yet, but i just wanted to ask if you could make a video with the 32,4 and 33,4 body kits we seen in your last video. Those two cars just looked so amazingly good. the 34 front end on the 33 was just the perfect Skyline(in my mind) Love your videos, and gonna enjoy this video now. Best greetings from Norway
Lol it's so funny... Just finished watching my other favorite Australian car guy channel and here you decide to reference them 👌mighty car mods 👌would love to see a Ozzie meet up next time they car shopping in Tokyo... Or a cross over when you in Australia again 😅
I'm curious if youtube would fund all the shop/projects/drifting. Or if he does mechanical work on the side to help? Either way proud of you my man ! 👏
Love what you’re doing to help him get his car dialed in!!! The background music sounds kinda like old porn music 😂 keep waiting for some women to walk in and go wild! 😂😂😂😂😂
daiki is so happy all the time. Brilliant addition to the team

It's great to see SAMMIT mentoring and sponsoring Daiki like Okachan did for him. Can't wait to see Daiki's drifting career progress from here !!
I actually came to the comments to say exactly this. He took Daiki under his wing in exactly the same way Okachan did. It shows that when you do good things for others it helps them become better people. Amazing to see it in real time.

Really hyped to see Daiki compete! Looking forward to seeing his full potential!

Awesome video as always Sammit. Daiki is such a awesome person sense he came to the channel ever video he's in is always fun and more fun.
Daiki will have to re learn how to drive his car, gonna feel so much tighter and more responsive

Daiki is so deserving of all the help you are giving him what a team you 2 are 🔥🔥🇬🇧for air flow for Daiki how about roof vents like the Subaru rally cars ?
This style duct is what you call a NACA duct. I reckon thats the word Sam was looking for
the vents you mentioned at 20:00 are NACA ducts :)
NACA duct (National Advisory Committee for Aeronautics).
Thank you Sam for taking care of him. Idk him, but I’m sure he appreciates this greatly. Doing the Lords work man. Keep it up!
feel the pain of tapping threads in tight areas. just a tip once you get the tap started use a socket and ratchet on it and can get the thread chased quicker then the old shifter.
Love the mightycarmods reference 😂 8:58

Now he's getting first-hand hand-me-downs from the manufacturers.. I for one would like to see his progression as a driver
So nice what you´re doing for Daiki Sam! Huge step forward, he wil be able to show his talent, the push alone will bring it out! Keep it up man!
That box is both so vibrant and full at the same time 😂
Air flow ! Look at Odi's roof vent and Taylor rays miata rear window for ideas. Also they're naca ducts
8:59 Unexpected Mighty Car Mods moment!!
We take for granted working on cars with friends. Lost a good friend of mines and that aspect of life isn’t here at the moment. Great to see you guys knock stuff out ❤❤ loving the content as of late!

20:00 aquaduct ? xD i think its NACA duct. It's so nice to see you do so much for Daiki.
Such a wholesome video. Daiki was like a kid on Christmas morning. 😂
I would assume that the IN THE BIN part with the bushings was referencing MCM with Marty saying in the bin with the Kei car build they did years back. Funny that Daiki didnt get the reference at ALL!
Those ducts are NACA ducts, named after National Advisory Committee of Aeronautics who developed them originally.

Sam is the employer that keeps on giving. I love this how he noticed that the oil cooler and intercooler were bad so he went ahead and bought it for Daiki as well. You're a great human being, Sam. Yuko will watch this one day and be inspired.
Ratcheting handle for taps highly recommended, as well as, tap to ratchet adapter.

Looking good lads! Keep it up and the cars will be running in no time.
19:45 those style ducts are what you'd call NACA ducts
Just looked up the RB25 engine very convenient.

Need to get daiki some sort of cool suit. Run that naca duct to a cooler with ice in it to blow some cold air across him
just letting you know that the blue fitting matchs the blue 0 rings on the black parts on the back of the RB
It’s so awesome that you have helped Daiki the way you have man I look up to you so much 🖤
Lookin forward to R33 content. Lookin forward to diaki on full send.
14:15 oef naice

What if you put a mini sliding window in,like in some rally cars
I love this project! Excited to see more 🙌
Daiki's car would get cooler with the addition of Naka ducts on the quarter windows behind him to funnel in cool air from the outside to an air filtration system to blow cool air on him.
9:03 Daiki 😭😭😂😂😂
I go crazy frequently working on cars, it's good for you 👍
You have to keep giving him more

I'm curious if youtube would fund all the shop/projects/drifting. Or if he does mechanical work on the side to help? Either way proud of you my man ! 👏
Y’all are a great pair!!
Maybe they could be called say, I dunno, air ducts 😂😂😂😂
