In vanilla only pure DPS retaliation builds on Warlord mastery can do this, with less HP and more risks.

Seems in DoM we cannot reproduce this build cause a lot of skills gems in equipment are required.

Thanks! Like was mentioned by @Ambaize, the skill components in Grimarillion make this really shine, so I would have to go with this build overall - DoM has its merits though, with the +skill components and affixed legendaries etc. The Paladin mastery is very good though, but isn't necessary
