no because when u finish all last dose and dax call you DO NOT HANG UP AS SOON AS HE CALL U when u call u wait when HE ends the call then u get it
Also the space docker after reaching sponsorship Tier 500 at the arena wars you unlock it for free

You have to do the first dose missions that are 6 and the last dose missions that are 5
