Like flour, powdered sugar,cornstarch,. ..BP & BS (baking powder and soda) And etc But In the premix for stores are made for item that are not locally available to use like preserver and powdered flavour.... Eg ... powdered vanilla powder and fatty acids The reason we put more oil is because we have 0% of fat in our premix .... To get the fat % we have to add more oil..... The premix for outside has solid fat in powdered form (I am talking about the premix that she has used may have added fat and with water in got the some % of fat in it) So she just has to add a little bit of fat to get the total % of fat in the cake ......
