Also, one small request, please do cover more examples/theory on pending karma through special planetary awasthas (debilitation, exaltion, retrogration) and through the Atmakaraka and Amatyakaraka. Sir is extremely good. He puts a lot of efforts in bringing out these techniques for people like me to learn. However his level is much higher than mine. Hopefully someday i can get there and make him proud.
10:35 during the 2nd wave of covid both my parents where admitted in govt centre and their health were deteriorating. 2nd house lord is mercury and 4 house is Mars. Both are sitting together in 4th. During the same time a Pigeon laid 2 eggs in my balcony usually my mother used to throw them away but I kept them because I was alone in the house the Pigeon hatched them and chicks came out both my parents survived the COVID despite the complications and are returned home. I think me keeping the eggs were somewhat positive in that situation.

No in this case the choice will be between the significations of the house where Venus is placed and significations of venus
