    360 g flour (12 tablespoons)

    1 teaspoon yeast
    filling:
    40 g butter
    170 g powdered sugar (6 tablespoons)
    1 teaspoon cardamom
    0.5 teaspoon walnuts
    1 cup flour (4 tablespoons)
    to the intermediate layer:
    50 g butter

    egg yolk
    1 teaspoon vegetable oil
    the dough ferments for 1 hour.
    Divide the dough into 2 parts and leave for 20-25 minutes.

    Bake at 180°C for 20-25 minutes.
