360 g flour (12 tablespoons)

2 eggs
1 tablespoon milk (100 g milk - 8 tablespoons +/-)
1 teaspoon yeast
filling:
40 g butter
170 g powdered sugar (6 tablespoons)
1 teaspoon cardamom
0.5 teaspoon walnuts
1 cup flour (4 tablespoons)
to the intermediate layer:
50 g butter

1 teaspoon vegetable oil
the dough ferments for 1 hour.
Divide the dough into 2 parts and leave for 20-25 minutes.
it is smeared, oiled, shaped and left for 20-25 minutes.
After putting the filling in, it rests for 5-10 minutes and then decorates it.
Bake at 180°C for 20-25 minutes.
