Wow, I don't know how to say this correctly, but you need to take a soldering class. If I was to solder like that my boss would fire me! Sorry for the bad comment.
This is just some really bad soldering techniques, there are some days that I hand solder over 100 SMD devices on printed circuit boards and they CANNOT look like the ones that are in this video.@@Irfan__
