    Okay! So due to some problems i had some of the audios are muted (copyright). I think it was because of the fighting vidoes with Aku and Atsushi. (which had to be removed- so i apologise to the person who suggested it).. So i dont want to see any complaints about not hearing anything. :)

    Honestly, I just want Dazai to say sorry or show some form of regret to Aku, he's my comfort character and it really pains me to see him so starved of praise, supressing his emotions. Man, the entire show needs therapy.

    Man seeing Dazai and Akutagawa honestly I don't blame Akutagwa for being jealous and angry after all Atushi got what Akutagwa wanted for such a long time to be accepted and praised by the one he seemed to respect the most well anyways i hoped that we could see more scenes with Dazai and Akutagawa I feel bad for the both of them well it does seem that Dazai does care about Akutagawa but i guess he is just not good at showing it I don't know why but it kind of reminds me of a father and a son

    Sometimes I hate how people ignore that Dazai abused Akutagawa 😩!!! Like I know mori did the same thing to Dazai but that still doesn’t excuse his actions!!

    • @deadrose1051
      @deadrose1051 3 года назад +61

      And akutagawa did the exact same thing to Kyouka really none of them are better it was a toxic environment and they were technically still just kids themselves but that being said Abuse and violence is technically a learned thing so how they got like they did becomes understandable but not excusable so in that case yeah they all deserve better and technically Kyoka was the only one that got out of the cycle of abuse (many will say Dazai wasn’t abuse but technically Mori let a teenager that was under his care live in a shipping container and he only had Dazai be the witness probably because he could be killed off in a way that looked like a suicide especially since Mori picked him up literally after he tried to take suicide)
      But yeah what Dazai did is really not excusable he did the exact same thing as Mori did pick up someone in a weak position and take advantage of that and then again Dazai still hasn’t acknowledged most of his acts he knows he isn’t a good person but that is one thing another thing is to actually acknowledge the acts that hurt people at least towards Akutagawa and the closest he got to that was to tell Akutawaga he became strong but it really isn’t much acknowledgment of his actions beyond that small recognition of Akutagawa’s growth after all

      Like You’re gonna blame Dazai? don’t get me wrong i’m not defending Dazai just because of his looks But Akutagawa also did the same thing to Kyouka Him being abused by Dazai doesn’t accuse his actions too.
      oh also by i meant “your gonna blame Dazai” I didn’t mean you i meant those that blames Dazai

      @@keitsukishima3424 I agree! But I still do t understand how people defend Dazai like that’s still no okay you don’t give trauma to people because you had trauma I mean their all at fault here!

      @@keitsukishima3424 Yeah that’s pretty much true we might not have concrete evidence of abuse but I would say Mori to Dazai would be called Enabling and Manipulation
      He enabled a suicidal kid to live in a world of blood shed and violence when he was already unsteady mentally with the promise first to a perfect suicide and later for a reason to live
      He allowed Dazai to live in a shipping container even if this would have been Dazai’s choice it wouldn’t make it justified because he was under Mori’s care and hell he barely had any furniture and no signs of any proper bathroom and he was supposed to live with toxins for 4 years while he was in the mafia
      He started the chain of picking up a kid in a vulnerable situation first with Dazai and suicide then Dazai did it with Akutawaga who in turn did it with Kyouka
      No one becomes better than the other but the fact is that Mori started the chain of exploiting young kids to manipulate into the world of blood shed Dazai as we don’t know what he experienced before Mori since no mention of parents mentioned suicide at 14 years old and not even flinching while witnessing a murder Mori encouraged his apathy to right and wrong and enabled a lot of his behaviors
      Though a fact is that Dazai shows no signs of undoing the damage to Aku whether it’s because he doesn’t know how to or that he wants him to be useful when necessary becomes unclear while clear

    Ok just saying about the first thing you said like at the start of the video you’re saying you find him pathetic because he wants wants dazai’s attention but when punched him so hard in the face he bled out of his mouth and basically abused him and made him want his attention then just abruptly left. He made akutagawa Crave and live off of his praise and then just left that kind of stuff doesn’t heal overnight or even in four years you’re acting like you want him to just want to get over it when it happened for a long time. Of course he’s going to feel that same pain when he sees dazai again because that’s how some trauma just works like are you just gonna completely ignore the part where he literally abused him🤨📸😀
    Edit: and yes Dazai He’s trying to be a better person but him trying to be a better person and character development doesn’t erase the things he did in his past like just because he help some people out in the future doesn’t mean the people he hurt in the past that it’s just gonna disappear. And sometimes it’s good to forget about the past but in this case it’s not because he hurt a person that is still like active and alive and what she did is still affecting that person(akutagawa) i’m saying is an apology or him trying to help out other people won’t ever erase his mistakes and I won’t make it better either I just feel like he needs to acknowledge that.

    • @darcy852
      @darcy852  3 года назад +3

      Ah yes i do see your point but he's suppose to be over it by now- Dazai didnt really apologise but he did tell him what he wanted to hear "he's gotten strong" and if you look at Dazai's character you can see he isnt a person to care much about other people (other than Odasaku.. no dont say Atsushi he saved him because of what Odasaku said and it was his job to find the tiger ) since he looked up to him. I think thats all.

      @@darcy852 your saying he’s supposed to be over it but nothing dazai says or do will make it better and all I think is that you should acknowledge that alutagawa he’s trying to get better but when Atsushi came and he saw dazai again one of the first few things he said was my new subordinate is better than you and hearing that from your mentor who left you after making you crave their praise and attention that’s gonna take a while to get over I’m sorry if you think he’s just supposed to get over it like after two seconds but that’s not gonna work like that I know from experience sometimes it even takes you years.

    • @darcy852
      @darcy852  3 года назад +1

      But it has been years I'm not saying it wont be hard but c'mon- its clear to see that what he feels wont change. Akutagawa needs to realize that Dazai isnt going to fix his past mistakes he's focusing on his future. AGAIN, he only said that to Akutagawa because he knows he can do better sometimes the people who love you and want good for you are the people who hurt you the most.

      @@darcy852 that can be true. But one thing is, trauma is not easy to overcome. You cant expect someone to overcome their traumas in a certain amount of time. It can take people their entire life to move on. I guess it's just that you shouldn't call someone pathetic because they haven't overcome their traumas in a certain amount of time. Even if they aren't huge traumas or the person meant well, it doesn't mean that the person should have to get over it in a certain amount of time.

      @@darcy852 You really don't get it at all do you? I'm someone who relates to Akutagawa and all I'll say is I know my dad probably doesn't give a shit but it doesn't mean I still don't try to get his praise and I spent a good couple of months away from him and that didn't do anything in helping me "get over it" because it doesn't fucking work that way, therapy is needed in some cases and some people cannot get that, how you are is extremely rude towards those with similar experiences and I genuinely hate how you treat it like Dazai said one good thing about Akutagawa and now Akutagawa is a bad person because he can't "get over himself" because saying that someone is stronger is not equivalent to something like therapy where the trauma gets helped and you cannot have this same fucking outlook as a person because you are treating all victims of this type of situation like a joke or like they are pathetic because they still have trauma left over from what they went through. You are acting horribly as if it's the victims fault and not the aßuser

    Okay listen, I would like to mention that i'm perfectly fine with people not liking characters, or people slandering them (even if it makes me kinda pissed off sometimes when I really like that character). I won't hold it against you, and I'm only mad in a joking way, but when you fucking say that the characters pathetic because they can't get over their trauma, that's crossing the line. Sure, the character itself won't be getting offended, but keep in mind that people who relate to that character will. Not only is it plain rude, but it's disrigarding the trauma people went through. It's saying that they should've been over it in a certain time. Some people NEVER get over their trauma, and that doesn't mean their pathetic. It's a completely normal thing to not be able to get over it. By saying that Akutgawa's pathetic for how he's still wanting Dazai's praise, is calling every Akutagawa kinnie pathetic too. It doesn't matter if it's taken years, what Dazai did to him was HORRIBLE, and it's NOT expected to get over it. It doesn't matter if Dazai said he was strong. Akutagawa has worked for years to hear that, sure, it did help. BUT, don't forget how he was constintally beaten up. Even if the so-called "only thing" Akutagawa got from that was wanting Dazai's approval, getting it won't make up for the abuse.

      @HaikyuuHavoc 2 года назад +11

      (Late comment) just to clarify when he did that to akutagawa he was closer to 16-17 and just because he is a child does not mean you cannot hold him accountable for his actions. You cannot justify harming others by someone just “being a child” that’s just dismissing everything that Akutagawa went through and treating it as if it’s irrelevant and pointless and that’s not right considering that’s years of abuse and trauma.

      hm. I'm sorry, maybe I really don't catch up with something, but that moment in the basement of the mafia haunts me.
      "You were a bad student, and always violated orders, I'm not talking about your useless ability, my new colleague surpasses you many times over" - Dazai Osamu 22-23 years old (I don’t remember exactly how old he is) says this Ryunosuke Akutagawa 19-20 years old . I don’t really understand Dazai, but it honestly seems to me that he just uses Aku and puts pressure on his psyche. Can you explain the moment? 😅
