Free, your best bet would be remix competitions, maybe SKIO, but there might be new sites by now, I only remember SKIO from years ago, and then some illegal sites. Cloudfield/cloudier on youtube also uploads many of his vocals for free, vocals that he used in his own tracks
the i have bought have been over a very long period of time, i don't have unlimited money for plugins haha. but a lot of the plugins i use are free, and even those that aren't really aren't necessary to make good tracks.
