The wheels are super easy to make just make a tiny block on where you want the wheel to be. Now place the real wheels of your choice and then make the wheels transparent. To fix the car floating make the wheels higher.

I would have used normal wheels on the outside of the car but disabled collision on it and the thin beam I use to connect the wheel to the car. Pistons to push it in ofc. I'd just need to invis the mechanics and it would be in the car itself.
