@@squatchmonky makes sense, what is the purpose having maize and maize 2 folder? Rowcrop Maize looks great, but AI owned fields planted corn looks atrocious not even in rows just congested. But AI owned soybeans look normal I haven't played NoCreek at all, but I made Alma Missouri(added multi terrain angle first) row crop, just final touches on trying to resolve the AI corn fields.
@@BLYFACTOR you should really look around at the xmls. Maize 2 is silage corn with the correct steak recipe while maize has aw texture to be correct with the combines. The only way you’ll get npc to look right is to add base game corn back in

When I put the original maize file from the map back in, the fields were back in their rows. So a certain file makes the change and I'm not quite sure which one it is.
@@BLYFACTOR if you want npc to plant base game corn you need to replace one of the corn with it. Change the textures and the maize.xml. Turn used for missions to true in the fruitType.xml also

@@squatchmonky so my checklist is this. -double checked map i3d in notepad. there are there and present -double checked Map_filltypes -double checked Map_Fruittypes -double checked Maps_growth not sure what am doing wrong. the map is Elk Mtn Wyoming. the only thing out of the ordinary i did was had to create my own foliage folder. which i did and pathed it like ur video saids. Map i3D when opened in GE shows the crops present and no errors.

Hey im trying to add RCs to the 4x map Landersum and for ground textures and gaps between the rows ist works but for some reason the plant texture is still the same 90° angle with much holes in it. I looked up every guide there is and i did this way to many times over the last days with always the same result. I hope anyone could finally give me a hint of what im doing wrong because i dont want to play the game anylonger without RCs

@@squatchmonky First i want to thank you for your time. So i started a new save File but RC doesnt Work again what could i so about that seems Like taking the gdms Out of the Savefile is necessary. But the sowingmachines Work now I also added RC Potato, the only Problem left is that i cant hervest them. If i Take the Stuff from the Maingame it does nothing, If i Change the Cutter to RC Potato it Just Cuts the Green and If i Take a multifruit one It harvests and Changes the fruit from RC Potato to Just Potato. This ist a great Problem because im planing to add Potato sorts Like Belana etc. And again thank you for your time and sorry for my Bad english im from Germany 😅
@@ciuria2323 in my experience you can mess a lot of things up if you don’t know what to do. I haven’t tried it but yes it could be done. As far as adding the rcr potatoes you need to add them into categories in the fruitType and filter.xml if you plan on dumping them in the ground you need to add them to the density map height types xml also
Followed the video a few times end result is the same. it shows rowcrop and i can plant but the rows are just narrower, dont curve with the planter and dont plant in single rows its either the whole planter or each row plants 3 or 4 rows depends on the planter. planters work fine on other row crop maps
So im trying to convert the chilliwack 4x map and everytime i do this the grass disappears and i cant walk on fields anyone got solutions to this problem?

Hi, these row crop planters still leave the "directSown" texture after sowing and it can't be changed?
So i added it to a map, as soon as i try to plant the seed is gone. It happened on No Creek but i cant remember how JMF fixed that?
Update! It conflicts with Precision Farming

That kinze planter, boy does that thing cause lag when planting row crop.
Ha that’s cuz row crop isn’t supposed to be a thing in this game. The lag is caused by the amount of work areas going all at once not the planter

this error append every second when i'm working the ground
You didn’t scale one of the gdm out you didn’t scale the grle. Do not scale the ground height gdm tho

Do you have unto convert? That’s what will show the names. If you have a row crop planter they will only have row crop soybean

When you do the filepath in the i3d through in notepad you must have messed it up

Your going to experience fps drop but I haven’t figured out why people are seeing more then others
