Thanks for posting Charlie. The guys at the big game club shoot Heyms and they are great rifle. The Blaser S2 which I've regulated in 375H&H you can regulate yourself with an allen key and torx. Now the blaser mounting system patent has elapsed its probably time Heym, like Sauer 505 adopts the Blaser mount system. The SEM is just way too old now.

Depends on what you mean "modern". There are some like Valmet that use a screw arrangement. You can fiddle with it yourself or let a gunsmith do it.
Finest made rifles, IMO
They do have a very good reputation for regulating doubles!
