Start in your country, build a portfolio (stage acting is always a good place to start) and send audition tapes for American movies; an agent can help you with that. Just remember to act because you love it, not for fame. Its the most amazing thing I've ever done and I'm nowhere close to famous but I love it enough to just enjoy the craft.
