This is the first step to making them. (Start at least). The sec already knows it is happening, presenting THEM with info isn’t the goal. The goal is to get ahold of that information “ourselves” and expose it to the world. The PROOF, not the speculation we have now. At that point, the SEC will HAVE to at least start to do something. The more “we” expose the more leverage we have. This never even has to make it to court IMO, it just needs to create enough waves to get the stock moving in the right direction. Shorts are still locked in and still losing money and will still cover eventually regardless what the SEC does, for their own sake, not because they were told to by the SEC
Or be made to cover due to margin calls
The thing is, even if they cover, if they reestablish positions to ride it back down, people are still going to see a squeeze opportunity and this could keep going and going and going until they are afraid to touch it

Well Robinhood is a PFOF-broker so don't expect them to be independent. Citadel has them in their pocket. For anyone wondering what a "PFOF"-broker is: It's simply a brokerage firm that uses a market maker to route the buy/sell orders to their respective parties (the buyer and the seller) for a compensation (Robinhood gets a compensation for letting Citadel routing customer orders through their systems).

To the people saying he’s not well spoken or they wish someone else was the face, he acted. He spoke up and made calls and contacted people. He started a go fund me and had the heart to do this for all of us. I hear he has served 2 tours in the military and have heard him talk a few times. So basically, he is unknown to us. But to me, $5 is not going to break me, and I look at it a very cheap insurance policy. Sometimes you just have to have faith, if he screws the apes he will have 4-5 million people very angry with him and I suspect a few of those might not be as sane as me 😂 My gut says he is hiring lawyers on our behalf and has said he’ll post all receipts. @@thenewage9723 past short squeezes didn't involve a lawsuit. Some say that if there was a lawsuit, it could halt trading of said stocks. I read that. I also read the most lawsuits end in settlements which could prevent a MOASS. I am smoothed brained so take it as hearsay.
Tying this up in a lawysuit tgat lasts 5 years is no good for anyone. Apes buy and hold for the squeeze. No collusion no leaders of a movement. We like the stock. NFA.

I donated an AMC share to the Wes Christian fund for the AMC APE MOVEMENT and bought 150 more shares today when I saw it dipping from illegal naked short selling. Why are there more shares in the market and dark pools than there we're ever issued by AMC in the first place? That alone is criminal and the ones behind this shadiness should be fined and go to prison by manipulating the stock for their own interest. Don't even get me started on market makers routing the buy inflow of amc to dark pools so the buying pressure doesn't reflect in the NYSE which is where retail investors (we the people) have access to.

This could severely delay the moass by years or even kill it because people will likely leave. There are other things too but that's the only one I'm comfortable with saying. If you go to Twitter and look up people like acbiggums, Tara bull, and others that are in amc, you'll find more answers

A long process, Wes knows the game and learns as it changes. The hardest part is having the justice system understand the damage in relation to the law, which needs to be updated. Taser, Eagletech, Overstock weren’t easy to and took years, one case is still going on since 2012. Not saying it won’t happen it will start. The issue is with the outcome and what the laws provide for final decisions. From a case in Utah being dismissed and appealed to the Supreme Court the journey is tough, Wes and his team are solid, they’ve teamed up with 2-3 other large firms (100-200 people) to go after some more serious issues. For now the best thing the APES have is momentum, large amounts of energy, people and the ability for serious DD already started and out there for MSM, Wes and others to get into. A difficult aspect is now who becomes the hunted? Not the SHF seriously Finra arbitration isn’t a friendly area for retail. Get laws passed, email call senators, congressional leaders daily. This is the best game we play to help out- my opinion.

May 19, 2021, the Securities and Exchange Commission charged broker-dealer BTIG, LLC with repeatedly violating the order-marking and locate provisions of Regulation SHO, which regulates the short-selling of securities.
According to the SEC's complaint, from December 2016 through July 2017, BTIG violated Rule 200(g) of Regulation SHO when it mismarked more than 90 sale orders from a hedge fund customer-representing total sales of more than $250 million-as "long" and "short exempt" when those orders should have been marked as "short." According to the complaint, as a registered broker-dealer, BTIG had independent gatekeeper responsibilities to ensure that the trades it executed were correctly marked. The SEC alleges that BTIG ignored facts indicating that the hedge fund's representations that it owned the securities it was selling and that it would deliver them by the settlement date were false. In particular, the SEC alleges that BTIG was aware of prior compliance concerns regarding the hedge fund, the hedge fund's net short position in the securities it was selling in its BTIG account, statements by hedge fund employees indicating that they did not expect to deliver the securities by the settlement date, the hedge fund's failure to provide documentation showing that it owned the securities on the trade date, and the hedge fund's repeated failure to deliver the securities by the settlement date. Despite these and other red flags, BTIG allegedly continued to mark the hedge fund's orders as "long" and "short exempt" without taking reasonable steps to determine whether those order markings were correct. In addition, the SEC alleges that because BTIG failed to borrow or locate the shares before effecting what were, in reality, short sales, BTIG also violated Rule 203(b)(1) of Regulation SHO.

I propose Strike 1: Fined (Which is reinvested into the stock) Strike 2: Large Fine (Reinvested into the stock) and Market Access Penalty / Trading Restrictions Strike 3: Banned from the Market, Company no longer authorized to make trades, potential Jail time.

This interview says nothing, asks nothing about Chad the person and why he is an ape, or why he took up the cause. Him contacting Wes to do something out of nowhere is questionable. I can't tell if he is really here for equitable fair play in the financial markets, or just an opportunist trying to make money off retail apes because of our combined financial firepower. Probably not. People won't like what they find. He was in prison an has been charged with four felonies over the years. Before his marriage to Alfred Brewer in 2019 his name was Chad Andrew Horvath. He could still be in this just for the cause but my gut reacts very suspicious to this. Let's see.

We do analysis of the stock movement on a given day, we look at it from day trading perspectives!
The show is mostly for day trading. However, at times they do mention some stocks they have long positions on. There always something new everyday when you day trade.
