I mean this is in KMH so maybe that’s where you’re seeing the confusion. But I’ve been in a couple and they pull really hard like this pretty consistently. I see what you’re saying though.
Dylan Smith I had several 335i:s and this is 100 per cent tuned, close to 450 hp. 0-200 under 13 sec, yeah right 😂😂. It was clearly faster as the E92 M3 which is no slouch.

Completely different power delivery though, the V8 is easily the nicer engine no matter what you do to the I6. Speed isn't everything and Audi had similar situations with their V6 S4s being easily tuned quicker than the V8 RS4s, but it's just numbers at that point
@@LacksSwag4444 But if you think about it from a purist's standpoint, the driver's car is not necessarily the one with more power. You could pile on the mods to an N54 and make 700+hp but from the perspective of a driver, razor sharp NA throttle response and higher RPMs will always be better. Reliability is a problem for the V8 though yeah. I've not had an N54, but I had the N55 and the S65 and it wouldn't have mattered how big the turbos were, I would take the V8 nearly every time. The sound, man!

I have tried all of them .. 316, 318, 320, 325 is not that much my Peugeot 406 1.8 can handle with them and she will be fine.. but those 335i and M they are unbelievable and undrivable they are kings of drift .. by the way I am a BMW mechanic so I know what I am talking about 😁😁
Incase you were not trolling, I drove the 1.6 206 with same amount of hp, it is fun to drive, pulls well. But I have also driven the E90 325i, and there is worlds between both...

because the torque from the electric motor drops off drastically past 100 mph. look at a torque graph. cant fault it though because the motor is spinning at almost 10k rpm. also weight.

e90 320i (170 hp/210N*m) with n43 engine have red limit at 7k rotations. With red zone beginning at 6.5k rotations it's N46 probably.
and this was a automatic with 5 speeds, not manual with 6
The automatic 9x series are 6 speed
The 335i is not 3.5, its a 3.0 with twin turbo.
That is clearly a very modified 335i. They do not pull like that especially past 100mph. And have a top end of 180mph+.
