Our dad wasn't that tall or muscle bound; yet was recognized by other men as being the strongest man around. I remember on those rare occasions that he was taking a phone call inside our home, we'd extend his arm against the opposite wall and one, then two and then all three of us would hang from his extended arm, with our feet tucked up off the ground. He would hold us up while carrying on his conversation, never missing a beat. We were in awe of how strong our daddy was. He remained our hero til his dying breath a year ago, at 92.

When I was a kid, I started playing football in the 5th grade. The coaches were tough and they would yell at us, “We are going to make these kids into men, no mommy boys on this team”. We won every game. We learned “team” was the most important. To this day, I think about all of my coaches throughout my academic sports career with gratitude and respect.
YAY! A boy grows into a man with the support of other men! Not as common anymore.

Love this kind of episode - both Pete and Sebastian seem at ease; Sebastian isn't going on and on about hosting lavish parties and his self-imposed pressure to go bigger each time; and both Pete and Sebastian shared the spotlight and seemed truly engaged with each other. Thanks for keeping us entertained and excited for the next episode!

I totally agree with you Sebastian regarding caring for your parents and not asking for a salary. I just recently started to care for my mom and dad both 88 and both have failing health and I am not asking for a dime. I would be so embarrassed to ask for money that's gross to me. I love my parents and they raised me and cared for me for 18 years, I absolutely feel that I owe them and I would never let a stranger care for them as long as I'm alive. Also if I needed money they would give it to me no questions asked. Why? Because I've never asked them for a dime.

I definitely would go as I’m right here in beautiful Boca. Pete kills me every episode. I must say being authentic is IT for him. I saw a screening of top gun in IMAX on tuesday and it was one of the best movies I've seen in a long time.
If you're sure a small animal is not going to make it, a simple way to go is to crush its skull with your heel. Just sight it up well and stomp down as hard as you can. It's quick, definitive and the animal is out of its misery. I did it to a huge alligator lizard I found on the side of a road I was biking on. It had been fucked up pretty bad by a car...guts hanging out...but still alive and likely to continue for maybe an hour or two...but no way it was going to live well or long...so I got off my bike and took care of it in 5 seconds.
