Walt Disneys Parade of Dreams (Disneyland's 50th Anniversary Parade)

in 2005 Disneyland celebrated its 50th Anniversary with an all new Walt Disney's Parade of Dreams featuring spectacular floats like the "Gateway to Dreams", Beauty and the Beast, Pinocchio, Little Mermaid, Lion King, Alice in Wonderland, and the Princesses Finale. The Parade also featured a "Show-Stop" of the song "welcome to our family" from Brother Bear. The parade ran until late of 2007. In the video you'll see early concept art, and the showstop at the end from the ABC Christmas Day Parade, and early 2004.

I was there,July 17, 2005. It was amazing!!! And my grandfather was there for July 17, 1955, opening day! I think the both of us were in that video.

when disney decides to stop being lazy with their parades. i honestly miss when they use to put this much effort into their parades and even the floats themselves. i remember seeing this parade as a kid and coming back as an adult to watch parades and they are just plain boring compared to older parades from when i was really young. it's really sad to see..
