    Bamboo was not grown by farmers because previously it was under Forrest department but now the central government has brought bamboo under agriculture department. Now farmers can grow and sell bamboo easily. There are some subsidies available for growing bamboo

    From ancient times, Chinese are masters in the use of bamboo, including its culinary uses. Other countries in Asia are also good places to visit to see how bamboo was, and is used.

    Talk to Hardip Singh ji, bamboo is also source material for cellulosic ethanol.
    Even if one doesn't plant bamboo, adding value to bamboo as an industry alone is a huge industry.

    • @estebancorral5151
      @estebancorral5151 Месяц назад

      You are so ignorant. You don’t need to make cellulosic ethanol from bamboo because this requires specialized expensive equipment. In Africa especially Tanzania, they make Ulanzi which is the wine from the sap of bamboo. Ulanzi can easily be further distilled into high grade ethanol. This basically the same process as how toddy is made from coconut palm which is more familiar to Indians.

      Ethanol fermented from sap of bamboo shoot vs using entire bamboo plant for cellulosic ethanol ?
      Do you see the scale difference in the above ?
      And the technology isn't exactly high-tech.
      It's processing of raw material and fermentation, followed by ethanol extraction !
      Anyway, for those interested, there's a paper(Bamboo wine:.....) by Frank Sangija and Wenbiao Wu on this subject.

    It is very difficult , in fact impossible to decompose and get manure from bamboo leaves .

    • @estebancorral5151
      @estebancorral5151 Месяц назад

      This is due too to your ignorance. One pollards the leaves and leave the stalks alone. You make silage from the leaves. You sell the silage or feed to livestock. The felling of stalks is is a once a year event, but by the time this happens you would have made your money several times throughout the year from bamboo.

      It might be because it has a lot more silica.. and it is a rare commodity as a nutrient supplement for crops.. you can make FPJ out of bamboo leaves and then sell it as Silica fertilizer.. Silica and Sulphur seems to be doing wonders in terms of best organic pest control.. Once you extract the silica, you can use the reminder of FPJ leaves solid to make vinegar or put that in your compost and spray LAB over it.. it should decompose..
