Probably because their full animation not gameplay and etc....not everything's about graphics
The same complaints came over the halo infinite showcase and how the games graphics look outdated. Yet halo has always been about the gameplay and story not graphics
In this case fnaf has always been about the lore not gameplay or graphics
This game is just probably sacrificing some of its graphic quality for better gameplay than the past games
Also the game isnt out yet and I dont think we have a release date so they might still be working on everything aside from graphics and do graphics last

Well, companies need to pay and do everything and it's time consuming meanwhile normal animators who just do animations by themselves can do it anytime they want and however they want without any money, that's why Fangames just keep getting better and better.
Official games stray more into making the lore interesting, I mean Scott hella improved when FNAF VR came out, that was a total banger of a game I loved it.

I imagine that this menu would appear in the final hours of the game because that is, at 4 and 5 in the morning the level of aggression of the glamrock would be at its maximum and they would be very, very difficult to beat.
I rly literally HATE how in actual game animatronics loose their glamour condition. Seing how Freddy looks past 1:00 AM gives really good question how hard the game was cutted and remade from parts from the original scenario. Freddy looks beaten up with no reason lmao.

OKAY. I really think this is Scott. A comment on a previous version jokes about Smoke The Bear being Scott showing us the menu. Smoke The Bear went out of his way to actually reply. "Lol." Notice the period at the end. He wanted this to stick out. He's as elusive as Scott. Maybe because he IS SCOTT. And now the menu itself. In the beginning we see the floor. And then we see the models. He absolutely nailed both of them. There's no way some guy out of no where just does this. These menus are extremely high quality. Like they're amazing. Just some guy on the internet I don't think they would pull this off. There's only one person that could do this. Scott Cawthon.

Regarding V3, I feel like if they had made the characters eyes screens as showed in v3, they would have looked alot cooler and honestly scarier. Furthermore, it could have built upon the story branch of the story that shows that the aftons made incredibly advanced machines.
