U said Mr. Divya kirti that teachers don’t get respect for that GoI should implement “ Indian Education Service “
I had written letter to GoI but no heed was given .
So -
1) Quality teachers are not recruited.
2) Reason , 5 years after, the private Education Deemed Universities are entitled for Govt. Grants.
That demands 5 years salary as Donation from the Teaching Staff salary.
3) There Quality of Education .
4) That Lowers Quality of Education.
5) In turn the Researcch , Science & Technology of the Nation .
6) That enhance Brain Drain, an Exodus .
7) That Degrades the Future Generation and Nation’ s Degradation starts .
8) We as a Nation can not be Internationally Competitive .
As a University Teacher for 35 years, had been my experience .
Therefore , I insist for an Indian Education Service
, sir.
Our first President late Dr. Radhakrishnan was an erudite President .
