The British marshal encapsulated. He isn't the fittest, the Lotus is only doing a demo run, time to take the weight off the feet. But one sniff of the driver getting into trouble and he's up and moving for the fire extinguisher before the car has left the black top. None of the foreign flapping around wondering what to do once the accident is over, he's a British marshal and he'll be there when the driver most needs him. So good to see.

Because these cars were likely owned in period, have several replaced or non-matching parts, and aren't completely original due to being raced. Yeah, they could be valuable and many are, but they aren't "collector's pieces", they're racing cars. The owners/operators are also rich too.
