@@evagabor5 Well all of the country sort of is. During each time I landed in Keflavik, looking out the window felt like looking at a barren wasteland. There's just nothing, no vegetation, no buildings, nothing except the airport for the most part. It's sort of charming. Gets you right into that "well I'm in the middle of nowhere" feeling.
I see. The pictures of Reykjavik look very attractive at least with the mountain peaks and colored architecture. I'm from New Mexico so I know a thing or two about the middle of nowhere! 🤪@@Darnokk15
@@evagabor5 You're from New Mexico, nice, love the place. It's one of the states I would want to live in if I ever moved to the US. If you're going in October then you're in for a drastic weather change. I'm not gonna spoil the fun just pack something warm and good luck 😄
Lol, thank you for the advice. I have done the research, and supposedly the aurora time is fairly peak at this time, and of course the air fares were rather off-peak and inexpensive. I have plenty of sweaters and gloves in my suitcase! Where are you from by the way? @@Darnokk15
