It's reassuring to know I'm not alone in this, but I wish we had a fuller understanding as to what causes it. Examining the two times it happens in this clip leads me to think it may be due to striking the head of the Kerberonyx (rather than its body), but I've been unable to replicate the occurrence. As you say, it may very well be a bug. Thank you for your input!
