you need to get into a stack to push up rank. The streamers I am watching are all grinding with a stack. Although once you reach Diamond bans come into the match. You could try working on getting proficient with Hela. One of the more OP Hit scans out there. Just to prevent them from banning you out. Your stack will have to deal with one ban potentially against you and then they can protect the other one. Once you have 2 hitscans you can use, and the other teams knows this, they won't ban Black Widow against you with the first ban. Bans work like this. Ban/Protect/Ban and each team can protect one hero. Plus if you can play Hela at a good level. Teams will usually put a ban on Hela. Most teams hate facing a good Hela player and will do a first round ban on her. Thus allowing you to play Black Widow since its your main.
i won my first competitive match i tried to use black widow i guess it was going fine but when it was 0-2 had to pull out my main iron man and i don't want to make is sound like ego but i'd like to thing my maximum pulse helped us get the win so then it became 3-2

keep crosshair shoulder height. Many animations dip hero's heads into headshot range. Magik and BP for example
