The only downside to that is that you basically need liza smart skirt otherwise it's pretty hard

For anyone who are having trouble with stage 3, Groitz is actually a very good option.
Groitz poison on skill and reduce poison resistance on Art.
Just make sure to not use True Arts as that turns him into revelation form, which slowed down his actions.
The good news about Groitz is it's available right now.
The key to using the team is to make sure you have 2 good art gen, with Rimuru being one of those for cleansing, healing and art gen.

Stage 5 was a breeze compared to stage 3 and 4
Mixie is a god tier unit on stage 3 if you didn't use your limited unit ticket I recommend getting her and her true weapon because at 50% of the boss's hp he becomes poison resistant so you won't poison him much but with mixie her true arts allows to reduce the boss's poison resistant by 100% meaning that poison resistant at the 50% threshold is meaningless also her skill is a very good cause she pretty much invincible until the skill animation is over and can poison the boss 100% of the time
Stage 4 is where I have to stop, as I don’t have a good burst healer. So I might try the Sanstone and other route.
If you use blessed necklace and rams rope plus a poison clense you might not need a burst healer.
I cleared it with Norn, Miranda, Liza and lucy
@@emperor9210 I don’t have Ram’s Rope, but I’m sure that ain’t a necessary equip. Not even sure what it does. 😅

Actually dcelia is great for stage 3, crits and art gen in the same unit, basically saves you a slot for other art gen for example
I honestly like using sylph on stage 3 and replacing rim, her heal is instant and gives status aliament res 100
If it helps anyone Berwick it's a great damage for stage 3 just bring a healer/arts gen and you are on the other side
Also his Art can help with some arts regen for your team and in his Magia he gets 100% crit
Can't lie, even though I can only beat the first two stages. With the units I got. I'm pretty happy i got even that far. XD

I have another question - I am able to do STG 1 and get a few of the Stones needed to Evolve WH FEN - but I dont believe I will get enough before time runs out - will the event be gone forever? if so, what can I do?
OP, is there any way to do a video on frames in gs?(example) mako has I frames, some units have a super fast art some are delayed.only asking for newer/rerollers for fen to help multi have a better overall experience as well as PvE. Thanks in advance don't forget to drink water 😁

I love playing Erza Pola on the 3rd stage. Couldn't handle 4 or 5 lol.
I really hate stage 3 Because when the boss starts the "grand cry" attack, all my units die

I love your vids! super informative and helpful. I have a stupid question (hopefully not haha). I have a relatively new acct. (about 4 days or so) I have Sanstone/Liza (from FS)/ Fen (from Ult. Hero Ticket) - I was unable to Summon WH Fen from the banner when I started my account. Do you recommend I reroll my acct? I am just not 100% sure
I have most of these units to do the summoners' road but for the life of me i just cant be bothered to stage 3+
Is there a certain luck count you have to reach before getting the red treasure chests in the reward drops? I've yet to see any appear or any hint as to what determines the amount of chests you get on completion

Ive given up on stage 3, whenever I get the boss down to 25% I die lol. Gave up after 20+ runs or so and went back to nuking the first 2 stages w/ luck units.
Should still be able to evolve my whf and get the 6 star gear by the end of the event tho so im not complaining.
Its ok. Just do your daily or if you have the crystals then you can always refresh your attempt. You should accumulate enough within the month.
Yeah, OP didn't mention it, but the boss on stage 3 has three other important things that you need to watch out for newer players like me:
1. The boss art has a high chance to inflict increased damage debuff (That 3 red claw scar debuff icon) and it stacks up to two times. Due to this debuff, you cannot rush the boss stage and had to wait for the debuff to actually gone unless you have good defensive equips or unit. Especially when you're about to cross the next boss phase/check. Your defensive equip CT had to be ready each time you cross it.
2. Don't waste your defensive CT equips when the boss uses that 3000 - 6000 poison fixed damage art. It will deal exactly the damage regardless of your damage reduction buff, so use barrier arts (like earth cestina/sanstone art) or just be ready to heal up the post-damage. On a funny note, Shield killer means the taunt tank skill like Thetis/Miranda/Evultee has, so you could still use barrier arts. Don't be like me misunderstanding such basic things >.>
3. The boss has a hidden nuke 1 target skill on the lowest health unit when you reach the 3rd phase/check. Unlike the regular boss art, this particular skill doesn't have any boss art warning and the animation is almost instant. The damage is quite big as my Juno usually dropped to low health even with 20% damage reduction active on her and instant death without the reduction.
The hidden boss skill usually popped when I cross the last 20% - 25% health bar, but sometimes did it even earlier. I think it will cast after the 2nd boss art (The screaming one) and before the boss popped the usual poison debuff by the jumping animation.
@@sleepypotato7183 that 3rd phase is annoying. You have to be careful. Stage 3 isnt newcomer and maybe even midgame friendly. I think sometimes equipments can make a difference.

Yea this was happening to me best thing I found was trying to buff up my hp stat with food or a unit like rimuru and try to be as high hp as possible before the boss does that massive atk
Ran NY Rimiru for stats buff along with Mixie, Juno, and Sylph. Sylph insta-heal saved me more times than I can count and if you do get poisoned her TA can heal you.
Stage 3 just use fire team with polo stage. 4 it annoying xD

@@kjford587 i have him over lvl 90, not 120 yet but working on it, by having the +unit exp crest on him, doing crest palace, a little of story i havent completed yet...
But its true that im gonna take my time since i'm not in a hurry and currently i have New events in other games tha i also care...

Rimuru is not needed, but I would recommend using a cleanse item for stage 3
Feena also resists status ailments

the only thing carrying me right now on stage 3 is my fen, hello again you probably don't know me but by any chance, I'm Kakume, a guy that lost his account due to his own problem, I'm doing great even though I don't have all of my crossover units but I wasn't that strong but I am still stronger than what I am right now, I'm trying my best to get my Natsu back but I did get my Ezra back at least, also have a wonderful day

With this games terrible drop rates and over bearing difficulty makes it terrible for new players.
dunno how is possible but same composition in stage 3, and at the second hp bar check he one shot all but mixie....what a terrible boss design...that's how you make casual players drop your game.
as aids as grand summoners road is its nice to have a reason to use gen pool chars
Have required all the best units and duplicate great equips. There, that's how you beat it.

I can beat stage 3 without poison and only CRIT and vise versa.
